This section describes Avenor Solutions' text-messaging ("SMS") program and the terms that apply if you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us. This section is presented separately from the general Site Terms above because it governs a distinct interaction — receiving text messages — that requires your explicit, separate consent.
When you provide your mobile phone number to Avenor Solutions and opt in (see 13.2 below), you may receive text messages related to your business relationship with us — for example, appointment or meeting scheduling and confirmations, project or program status updates, account or service notifications, and responses to inquiries you have made. This program is intended for informational and transactional communications tied to an existing or prospective client relationship, not for unsolicited bulk marketing.
You opt in to receive text messages from Avenor Solutions by voluntarily providing your mobile number to us and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by checking an unchecked consent checkbox on a Site form, or by otherwise clearly indicating your agreement to receive texts when you provide your number to us directly. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain mobile numbers from third-party lists for this program. Consent obtained for this SMS program is used only for this program and is not shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any goods or services from Avenor Solutions. You can obtain our services without enrolling in text messaging.
Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with Avenor Solutions (for example, an active project may generate more messages than a general inquiry). You should expect to receive messages only in connection with an active or prospective business relationship, not on a fixed recurring schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier will apply to messages we send and that you send to us, and such charges will appear on your wireless bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance. Message frequency varies as described above.
You can opt out of receiving text messages from Avenor Solutions at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message from us, and we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages from this program unless you opt in again. You may also contact us directly at [email protected] to be removed.
Reply HELP or INFO to any text message from us for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is available only to U.S. mobile numbers.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to operate this text-messaging program and is handled consistent with our Privacy practices described below.
All categories of SMS consent and opt-in data are not shared with any third party, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message (e.g., Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to this SMS program.
We may change or discontinue this SMS program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Avenor Solutions is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us, including information collected through this Site's contact form and through the SMS program described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
