This page documents exactly how a person comes to receive text messages from Avenor Solutions: the one mechanism we use, the precise wording they are shown, what we send afterwards, and how their consent is recorded. It exists so that a customer, a carrier, or a messaging provider can all verify the same flow from the same source.
It is published on our own domain and describes the form that is actually live on this site. It is not a summary written after the fact.
Program at a glance

How a person opts in
There is one way to join this program, and it is entirely self-service on our website. We do not enrol anyone by phone, in person, by email, or on their behalf.
- 1 The person visits avenor-solutions.com and scrolls to the contact form, or follows a direct link to avenor-solutions.com/#contact.
- 2 They complete the form. Name, email and message are required. The mobile number field is optional — the form can be submitted, and an enquiry sent, without ever entering a phone number.
- 3 They enter their own mobile number and tick the SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and which they must check themselves. It is not pre-selected, not required, and not bundled with any other agreement. The exact wording shown beside it is reproduced below.
- 4 On submission we record the consent together with the date, time and IP address, and send a one-time confirmation text to the number provided. Only after that do we send any further messages.
Consent is never a condition of anything. Someone can contact us, become a client, and receive every service we offer without ever giving us a phone number. Leaving the box unticked has no effect on the enquiry itself.
The exact consent language
This is reproduced verbatim from the live form. The same wording appears in our SMS Terms and is stored with every consent record, so the record always shows precisely what the person agreed to.
What the customer sees
Captured from the live form on avenor-solutions.com. The consent checkbox is shown in its default state — unchecked.
What we send, and what we never send
We send

- One confirmation message when you opt out
We never send

- Messages on behalf of any third party
- Anything after you reply STOP
Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message from us. We send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then send nothing further unless you opt in again through the form. You can also email [email protected] to be removed.
Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or email [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. This program is available to U.S. mobile numbers only. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How consent is recorded
Each opt-in is stored with four things: the mobile number, the date and time in UTC, the IP address the form was submitted from, and the full consent text as it was displayed at that moment. Storing the wording alongside the consent means the record stays accurate even if this page is later revised.
Mobile numbers and opt-in status are never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. They are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the messages you asked for. This is set out in full in our Privacy Policy §5 and SMS Terms §13.
