This Privacy Policy describes how Avenor Solutions ("Avenor," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the website located at this domain (the "Site") and our related business communications, including our text-messaging ("SMS") program described in our Terms & Conditions. Avenor is an enterprise AI and automation advisory business based in San Jose, California.
This Policy applies to the Site and to the SMS program. It does not apply to any other Avenor product with its own separate privacy policy (none exists at the time of this writing).
We collect the following categories of personal information, and only the following categories — nothing beyond what is listed here is actually collected by this Site as of this writing:
We do not collect health, fitness, or medical data of any kind through this Site. (Avenor's separate EZPal consumer product has its own, entirely separate privacy policy governing that data — not this one.)
We use the information described above only for the following purposes:
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making, profiling with legal or similarly significant effect, or to serve you targeted advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
We do not have any advertising, analytics, or data-broker partners that receive personal information from this Site as of this writing (see Cookies & Tracking below).
Because SMS/text-messaging data deserves its own explicit, unambiguous treatment beyond the general sharing section above:
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. Your mobile information is used solely to operate the text-messaging program described in Terms & Conditions §13.
All categories of SMS consent and opt-in data are excluded from sharing with third parties and affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes — the only exception is aggregators and messaging-infrastructure providers (e.g. Twilio) used solely to deliver the messages you requested, and only to the extent necessary to do so.
This mirrors, and does not modify or narrow, the SMS-specific consent language already in Terms & Conditions §13.2 and §13.8 — if the two documents are ever read as conflicting on this specific point, the more protective (no-sharing-for-marketing) reading controls.
As of this writing, this Site does not use cookies, does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK (no Google Analytics, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, no session-replay or heatmap tool, no ad-retargeting pixel of any kind), and does not set any tracking identifier. This is a factual statement about the code as it exists today, not a general privacy-industry boilerplate claim — we checked before writing it.
The Site does run a small amount of first-party, purely decorative client-side JavaScript: an animated background particle effect, standard navigation/scroll behavior, a scroll-triggered fade-in animation, and the logic that submits the contact form described above. None of this collects, stores, or transmits any data about you individually, and none of it sets a cookie or persistent identifier.
If we add any analytics, advertising, or tracking technology to this Site in the future, we will update this section (and this Policy's "Last updated" date) before or at the same time that technology goes live, and will describe what it collects and how to opt out where applicable.
We retain contact-form submissions and SMS opt-in records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain an ongoing or prospective business relationship, and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course. If you opt out of SMS messages (see Terms & Conditions §13.6), we stop sending you messages immediately and retain only the minimum record needed to honor that opt-out and avoid re-contacting you.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise any of these rights, or ask us what personal information we hold about you, at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
We honor these requests as a matter of policy regardless of your specific jurisdiction, rather than limiting them only to residents of jurisdictions with a statutory right to make them.
This Site and our services are directed to businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Consistent with our SMS program's own eligibility requirement ( Terms & Conditions §13.9), you must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to submit the contact form or opt in to SMS messages. If we learn we have inadvertently collected information from someone under that age, we will delete it.
Avenor is based in the United States, and any information you provide through this Site is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your home jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make a material change to how we handle SMS/phone data specifically, we will also note that change at Terms & Conditions §13.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information, can be directed to [email protected].
