We Also Build Our Own Products

Alongside our enterprise AI and automation consulting practice, Avenor Solutions builds and operates products of our own where we see a gap worth filling. This is a young part of what we do — one product today, with more to come as we build things we’d want to use ourselves.

EZPal

“Every rep’s easier with a pal.”

Most workout apps assume you train alone — and that you already know what you’re doing. EZPal doesn’t. It pairs an AI-built workout plan with a real training partner: a friend, sibling, spouse, or gym buddy who follows the exact same plan, in the same synced weekly rotation, right alongside you. Same plan, same week, different gyms or the same one — either way, you’re not doing it by yourself.

What Makes EZPal Different

Synced Training Rotation

Pair up with one real training partner and follow the same weekly rotation together — not a leaderboard of strangers, just the one person you actually train with. You choose exactly what’s shared between you: streaks and workouts, never private body stats.

AI-Built Workout Plans

A plan built around your goals, equipment, and schedule — not a generic template.

10-Second Logging

Tap in, log your effort, done. No fumbling through menus mid-set.

Side-by-Side Progress

Compare streaks, frequency, and wins with your pal — not just raw numbers.

Full History & Analytics

A calendar heatmap, strength-progression charts, and a muscle-group breakdown of every session.

Apple Health Sync

Your workouts flow into Apple Health, and your data is always yours to export.

Built for training with someone, not performing for everyone

EZPal is built with a friendly, low-pressure tone — the deliberate opposite of gym-bro intensity. It’s designed around the two of you, whoever that is: a couple, siblings, two friends, or a long-time gym buddy.

Women are an equal, core part of who we’re building EZPal for, not an afterthought bolted onto a men’s-fitness app — alongside anyone else who’d rather train with a real partner than track alone.

Get in touch

EZPal is currently in development, with no public app yet. It has its own home at ez-pal.com. If you’re interested in it as an Avenor venture, we’d like to hear from you.
